I, the undersigned, as a member of Salisbury Vintage Rifle & Pistol Club, hereby attest that I have read & understood all the range & competition rules of the club.
 
I further declare that I will obey said rules & the lawful instructions of the range conducting officers & the duly elected officials of the club at all times.
 
I understand that it is my personal responsibility to ensure that I act safely on the ranges at all times.

I will wear ear & eye protection as necessary to conform with the rules, insurance requirements & when on military ranges, army requirements.
 
I further understand that failure on my part to obey lawful instructions or safety requirements will result in my removal from the range & that I may be subject of further sanctions by the club committee, including my possible dismissal from the club.
 
I agree that the club may retain my details on computer & that the club may rely on the exemption from registering under the Data Protection Act.
 
In accordance with Home Office requirements I hereby certify that I am in no way prohibited from holding or possessing firearms or ammunition in accordance with section 21 or the firearms act 1968 & any subsequent acts of Parliament.
